I have been staying in this hotel whenever i come to dehradun since last one year. I always had a great experience be it the rooms, services provided or the food. Food is extremely good. Extremely well behaved staff and very good ambience of the hotel is the last to be mentioned.

Worst staff. . Nobody came for luggage. I had to take my luggage by myself. Rude behaviour of staff. Worst property in dehradun. Never book your stay. Rooms were also dirty n smelly. It's a 2star property.

Demand 1 times ro water, but staff directly say no to hotel side, pay in hotel and then use water, all service is paid, but drinking water provide free, zim avaible but not used. Demand hotel will but give lees amount, ( mm t wale jitna paisa hume dengue utna ho to hum aap ko dengue ) mm t pay my side 3390 aproxx nbut hotel bill received only 3000. Staff behaviour is very rude.

Located a few kilometres away from the isbt. The stay was a delightful experience with cozy beds, centralised ac. The breakfast is complimentary. They charge extra for providing utensils in the room. They should have a toothbrush and toothpaste available in the rooms too.

A pathetic hotel you will see in dehradun, they will charge 89 rupees for a 500ml water bottle and also charge money if you need crockery in your room. Overall the experience was terrible and i won't recommend anyone to come herr
